AutoPod offers 20 embeddable widgets. Here's what each one does and when to use it.

Content widgets​

Episodes​

Lists recent episodes from your station or a specific show. Click to play or open in the full player.

  • Best for: Homepage "latest episodes" section, show pages
  • Key options: data-limit (number of episodes), data-show (filter to one show)

Shows Grid​

Displays all published shows in a responsive grid with artwork and titles. Click a show to see its recent episodes.

  • Best for: "Our programmes" or "Browse shows" page

Horizontal scrolling row of show cards. Touch-friendly on mobile.

  • Best for: Homepage show discovery section, sidebars

Show Card​

A single show profile card with artwork, title, and description.

  • Best for: Featuring a specific show on a page

Episode Card​

A single episode card with artwork, title, date, and play button.

  • Best for: Featuring a specific episode, social media landing pages

Schedule widgets​

Schedule Grid​

Full 7-day schedule with colour-coded show blocks. Shows the current time indicator, auto-scrolls to now, and supports week navigation.

  • Best for: Dedicated schedule page
  • Key options: data-density (compact, default, or comfortable)

Schedule Agenda​

Vertical list format of the schedule — upcoming shows listed chronologically.

  • Best for: Sidebar or compact schedule display

Schedule Strip​

Compact horizontal timeline of today's schedule.

  • Best for: Headers, navigation bars, compact layouts

Schedule Compact​

Minimal schedule representation for tight spaces.

  • Best for: Sidebars, footers

Shows what's on air right now and what's coming up next.

  • Best for: Homepage, header, anywhere you want quick schedule context

Playback widgets​

Inline Player​

Full-featured audio player. Play/pause, progress bar, seek, episode artwork, title, and show name.

  • Best for: Anywhere you want listeners to play an episode directly on your page

Mini Bar​

Compact sticky player bar that attaches to the top or bottom of the page. Play/pause, progress, and episode info.

  • Best for: Persistent "now playing" bar across your website
  • Key options: data-position (top or bottom)

Large, prominent card with the latest episode. Full playback controls and episode details.

  • Best for: Homepage hero section, featuring your latest content

Listen Live​

Full live streaming player with live status indicator, current show info, now/next display, and volume control.

  • Best for: "Listen live" page, anywhere you want live streaming on your website

Action widgets​

Launch Button​

A call-to-action button ("Listen Now") with an optional live indicator. Opens the player in a new window.

  • Best for: Headers, navigation bars, call-to-action sections
  • Key options: data-label (custom button text)

Player Button​

Simple play button icon that opens the player.

  • Best for: Compact link to your player

On Air Badge​

Small inline badge showing the current show with an animated live indicator.

  • Best for: Headers, footers, "currently on air" displays

Full-text episode search box with instant results. Search by episode title, show name, or presenter.

  • Best for: Archive page, search page, anywhere listeners need to find specific content

Station Hero​

Large hero section with station image, name, description, and listen button.

  • Best for: Landing pages, homepage hero

Show Player​

Show-focused player that plays the latest episode from a specific show.

  • Best for: Individual show pages, presenter pages
