Getting Help
If you can't resolve an issue using the troubleshooting guides, here's how to get support.
Before contacting support
To help us resolve your issue quickly, gather this information:
- Your stream name or ID — visible in Stream Settings
- What you're trying to do — the specific action or feature
- What's happening — the error message, unexpected behaviour, or missing content
- What you've already tried — any troubleshooting steps from these docs
- Screenshots — of the error, the dashboard page, or the player issue
Contact support
Email support@autopod.xyz with the details above.
Include your stream name in the subject line so we can find your account quickly.
Useful details to include
Depending on the issue, these details help us diagnose faster:
For episode issues

- Expected publish date/time
- Show name
- Whether it was auto-generated or manually uploaded
For player issues
- Player URL you're accessing
- Browser and version (e.g., Chrome 120, Safari 17)
- Device (e.g., iPhone 15, Windows 11 laptop)
- Screenshot of the issue
- Browser console errors (F12 → Console tab)
For widget issues
- Your website URL where the widget is embedded
- The embed code you're using
- Browser console errors
- Screenshot of how the widget appears (or doesn't appear)
For RSS/podcast issues
- Your RSS feed URL
- Which podcast platform (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.)
- What's missing or incorrect in the feed
Common self-service fixes
Before contacting support, these quick checks resolve most issues:
- Refresh the page — clears local state and re-fetches data
- Clear browser cache — resolves stale CSS/JS issues
- Check show is published — unpublished shows hide all their episodes
- Check feature toggles — Player Settings has toggles for schedule, search, shows, etc.
- Wait 2–5 minutes — RSS feeds regenerate every 2 minutes; API caches refresh within 30–60 seconds
- Check the dashboard — most issues are visible in the episode list, show settings, or stream settings
